Brainspotting Session: $180/50 minutes
A 50-minute session is often a good option for clients who are newer to Brainspotting, are integrating previous work, or prefer shorter periods of processing. Sessions are tailored to your needs and may include preparation, processing, and grounding exercises.
Extended Brainspotting Session: $325/90 minutes
The Extended Brainspotting Session provides additional time for deeper therapeutic processing and integration. For many individuals, particularly those working through trauma, longstanding emotional patterns, or complex life experiences, a longer session allows the work to unfold more naturally without feeling rushed. Many clients find that the extended format supports a more immersive and productive Brainspotting experience.
