What should I expect during therapy?
Whether you’re doing individual, brainspotting, or couples, we view you as the expert and take things at your pace. We are an outside support offering curiosity, guidance, and tools and allow you to decide how you want to integrate them (or not) into your situation.
Are your services bilingual?
Yes! Jeremy offers services in English while Marie-Hélène offers services in English and French.
Do you accept insurance and offer direct billing? What forms of payment do you accept?
Yes, we offer direct billing! We direct bill most insurance companies (Please check your individual plan to ensure that our services are covered.) Whether you choose to take advantage of direct billing or you prefer to submit on your own, you are provided a detailed receipt via email (Printed versions available upon request). You are required to place a credit card on file; however, we also accept cash, E-Transfer, and debit.
What is the cancellation and no show policy?
We require 24 hours notice for any cancellation or change to your session. While we know that life happens, your session time is reserved just for you and trying to fill it without adequate notice is difficult. In the event of a late cancellation or no show, the charges are as follows:
First time = 25% of the session fee
Second time = 50% of the session fee
Third time and onwards = 100% of the session fee
